The Financial Declaration of African in American In dependency

Since the beginning of our existence in America, the African has experienced some of the most inhumane conditions know to man in history. It was the physical Slavery of millions of Africans that made America a financial giant and a once power house in the global market, all off the blood and sweat of the African Slaves free labor. It was during these times and conditions as Slaves, the Africans were detached, physically as well as mentally from their home land of Africa, leaving a once cultural and diverse continent to a now underdeveloped and socially destroyed one, even to this day in time.
The remnants of this are present in the Africans in American communities today, as the effects have a lasting lingering effect of social underdevelopment and genocide, all for the love of money, the tool that is seemingly the answer to the African in American problems today. We have been undereducated in the areas of finances, by our forefathers and mothers who suggest we get away from this oppressive system all together, one of our forefathers (Marcus Garvey founder of the UNIA) a Pan African Movement. Suggested we go back to Africa, a plan that today is still an excellent solution to our ongoing problems here in America.
First of all, Marcus Garvey founded the UNIA in 1914 in his country, Jamaica. The main goal of this organization was to institute a separate-but-equal collegiate educational system for Black Jamaicans. He was influenced by the ideas of Booker T. Washington and planned to develop a school similar to his Tuskegee Institute founded in 1881 in Alabama. Indeed, Garvey was convinced that education was the means to liberate his people and to develop a Black consciousness so that Black people could reach political, economic and cultural independence.
During the course of our stay as Africans in America many of our people have attempted to bring about equality and attempted to heal the African, by teaching an ideology that the White man was and is our enemy, I however believe that this was true in their time and very much true today. However, the Africans in America have become his/her own worst enemy, today do to the lack of knowledge of self and self worth.
We never were or have been free in America, as history would have us to believe, that the Emancipation Proclamation of 1863 by Abraham Lincoln was to free the African’s from slavery, when in fact it was a military strategy to have the Africans help fight in the war for their freedom and to prevent the England and France from giving aid to the Confederacy.
Never before have there been a series of inhumane events, on a group of people so evil and misleading, as to have people think that to this day they are free. One couldn’t have been free from slavery with nowhere to return to, no homes, no work, no means to provide your basic needs, this was the case in our history where the Africans were forced to take jobs back in the field of his/her masters. It has become necessary for our people to remove the mental chains that have been inserted, and find the similarities that band all of us Africans in America together.
No need to impose our ideologies on one another, we share differences in opinions, but a common enemy is amongst us all, capitalism and white supremacy under the many cloths, the most notable is the huge gap between rich and poor. We need to connect with one another, and but are religious differences to the side for the sake of our future generations of Africans to come.
We can no longer assume that we are free from our oppressors, for as long as we are a part of their system we are slaves in it, we have become slaves to the money, the lack of industry ownership and the macro abilities to commence business, due to the financial illiterate state of mind we have and are still under. We are investing in the powers of the earth, our will and desire to separate and be set a course to become financially independent and free to move and enjoy the comforts of life, which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitles all, the difference in the opinions of mankind requires that we should declare the causes which impel us to the complete dependency of his system and propose a plan to separate from it completely as we move towards an independent state of being.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all AFRICANS are created and should be treated as equals, that we are blessed by our Creator with certain unalienable Rights, which among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness, the basics of all HUMAN RIGHTS, we are promoting African in America unity despite religious differences, to secure these rights, Government and Financial Intuitions have made available programs that are instrumental in helping us achieve these goals, but it’s their way of continuing to enslave and institute their plans and ideologies among Men and Women of African origin, deriving their just powers from the unknowing consent of the governed, Africans in America.
It is stated in the Declaration of Independence 1776;
“Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such
Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security”.
Such has been the patient sufferance of these African in America; and such is now the time to begin our detachment and dependency of this false support system and financing a foreign occupier of our communities which financial constrains us, so we are setting to alter their Financial Systems of Occupancy, by financially blacklist and boycott any business that doesn’t give BLACK.
The history of this country has provided countless events that should be shown as valid proves, that the exploiters are only interested in African’s when they can financial gain from our people, this has been passed down through every race of occupiers in our communities up into present day. We are establishing a council of African’s in America to govern over the financial interest of our people. This council will lay the ground works for a five (5) year plan for all the businesses who occupy our communities to exit our communities, in the five (5) years they have they will have a choice to give BLACK, through an African Economic Group that is designed to regulate the foreign business occupiers to make sure they comply to our standards and respectfully support our agenda to remove all third parties business from our communities.
The Capitalist and white supremacy promoters/associates have a history of setting up businesses to destroy our communities, and exploit the resources here in the states as they are doing abroad in our motherland Africa. We must push for all the colonized communities to support our efforts to regain and put in place community heritage centers in place of these foreign occupiers businesses, by forging a security presence in all the 64 major U.S Cities with a population of 100,000 thousand or more Africans in America.
We will not allow the repeated injuries and future exploitation of our people; with the security presence we will began a “Patrol the Patrollers”, detail to make sure we are safe from the brutalities that take place in the hands of our oppressors, make sure we are safe, in the event of uprising of temperaments, during our financial boycotts.
We are asking for we ALL AFRICAN in AMERICA to take part in the supporting of our unity and establishing of our financial freedoms, end of the crimes involving monies, genocide, future mis-education of our ancestors, To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world, and body of African descendants in America.
• When the 1955 bus boycott of Sister Rosa Parks took place it took 381 days for the United State Congress to rule that the segregation of the bus was unconstitutional. This was because after a year they could feel the financial hardship of not having the blacks on their buses. We hold the same to be true, we can’t and will not waste time or energies, talking of demonstrations, we are going to simply blackout any business that doesn’t give black, and support our efforts to become self sustaining communities like all the other communities in America who have their basic necessity meet in their communities.
• For transporting us by sea from our home land of Africa for the purpose of financial gain, and never bring to justice anyone or group for their parts of this inhumane event. None have been tried for the offences and the event where more than 18 million Africans lost their lives and social hold on the continent.
• For abolishing the freedoms of a great race of humans for the purpose of slavery and exploitation even to this day and time.
• The businesses and government work together to exploit our communities, the government gives money for foreign business interest to set up businesses to take back the Government Assistance and Aid they give to needy participants, that they then turn around and gives it to the businesses that occupy our communities; (liquor, drugs, candies, beauty products, and fast food, etc……)
• They have made it so hard for Africans to establish businesses, do to credit restrictions and guidelines, with no real knowledge of the way credit or the business loan processes work it gives room for other opportunist to come in and set up shop and exploit the resources from our communities.
• There are Community Development dollars in the Billions in the form of Government grants to move into systems that will allow the development of African Communities, but the funds are controlled by foreign groups, who have not the communities’ people in mind.
• They have imported drugs into our communities to further the genocide of our people, which is killing us, and what is killing us, is us trying to make money to live a life we call it make a living. The majority of these laws are passed to enforce the anti-drug laws are targeting African youth to arrest and detain them for years of their lives, to further social underdevelopment.
• They have placed barricades in our community trapping us in, and patrolling our communities using fear and brutality to suppress us from venturing outside into white society.
• They have put together grant programs for the communities, but have placed unrealistic requirements to obtain the monies, making the process impossible or nearly unusually comprehendible for the average person of African origin to completely understand, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into not perusing the funds, and those leaving others who are in compliance with his measures to run enterprises that control our communities and exploit our financial resources.
• They have dissolved the Community Representative (Activist) organizations that strongly encourage an independent African in America repeatedly, for opposing their invasions on the rights of the people of African descent; many have lost their lives or freedoms, being held as political prisoners throughout the country.
• They have kept among us, in times of organizing and strategizing on ways to be free of their rule, agents who report back to them and in violations to our so-called rights of privacy we are violated and our organization infrastructures destroyed.
• The Government in combination with other outside business entities has joint forces, to subject us to a cycle of financial shortcomings by allowing foreigners to occupy our communities and exploit us financially, while unacknowledged Africans do this on their own free will, because the knowledge of net worth and value is not known.
• For quartering our communities with foreign occupiers who don’t give back to the people of the communities.
• For allowing bodies of armed troops among us, who are trained to protect their establishments, serve us unjust and kill us for any reason, and with no fear or repercussions.
• For protecting those that murder and brutalize us, by a mock Trial, so they escape from punishment for any Murders which they committed in the best interest of this country and its racist Inhabitants within these States.
• For perverting the images of Africa, to embed in the minds of the African in America a distorted view of our brethren and sisthren in poverty stricken regions to discourage any reconnection, for purpose of commencing trade and traveling to Africa.
• For imposing restrictions of travel to our native land and the denial of Human Rights, so we can put on trial all those responsible for the exploiting of our people, in thus seek financial gains for the years of pain and suffering.
• For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury of or peers, in cases that result in the conviction of Africans in their judicial system, all for the purpose of financial gain and further exportation of the African in America.
• They have put in place Government programs here, which are to assist us with our needs, but it’s clear they don’t offer an alternative to their system it keeps us depending on their system and a false sense of security.
• They have also wage financial Wars against us, under the disguise of public assistance and the welfare program, making subject depend on their systems for financial support that barely allow them to make ends meet.
• They have plundered our communities resources here and abroad, infested our communities with drugs, and are in the open killing and destroying the lives of our people.
• They are at this time transporting large numbers of our people to prisons and jails, for crimes that were created from their drugs, the works of death or huge prison sentences.
• They have got Africans in America to take Arms against their own Countrymen, for the love of money they become the executioners of their own African friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves victims of the vices they sold by their Hands.
• They have excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and have endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of other frontiers, their now using the Mexicans has Pons by the merciless White Savages, who have no rules of war, and is an undistinguished destruction to all Africans in America of all ages, sexes and financial conditions.
As it is made clear that within every stage of our existence in America we are being exploited for the financial gain of others. We have suffered long enough, financially and the scars of the ongoing mental slavery are ever present, the Africans in America are now funding their own slavery. The fact that we will never get the powers to be to admit to any wrong doing, or get those responsible to pay us reparations; as this will open up corruption and betrayal from as far as the Catholic Church and as close as the Chiefs of villages in our native land. We must not spend valuable time revisiting those responsible, as addressing these concerns will be best if we handled it as we only know what is sure to be a success; BLACKOUT. We call for all African in Americas to Blackout when and only patronize businesses that give BLACK, if the foreign occupiers and their oppressive backers don’t support or moving towards financially becoming independent we do Financial Demonstrations.
We have come into this understanding and are petitioning that this be adopted by all Africans in America with the most humble terms:
Our request for the withdrawal of foreign occupiers in (5) five years from our communities, we deem reasonable and very much do able. We are setting in place a system that when adopted will allow the communities of Africans to start owning and operating business within their own communities, in the form of Community Heritage Centers, that will be named after our Ancestors.
We are convinced that financial literacy is the only act which can truly mark by every act which may define a free people.
We, therefore, the African Economic Representatives of America, in the United African Economic Council of America have Assembled this declaration to be presented to the Africans in America and is our intention to do so in the Name, and by Authority of the good African People of these African in American Cities/Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United African Economic Council Members of America, should have the Rights to be Free of all foreign occupiers of their communities and be as Financial Independent Communities; that they are Absolved from all financial allegiance to any business owner or professionals who don’t support BLACK.
And for the support of this Financial Declaration, with a firm reliance on the support of all BLACK OWNED Businesses and Professionals who themselves are members of the UAEA and are also ready to hold with the steadfastness of financial demonstrations, to help African Communities in America move towards a financial independent state of existing as we move towards the building of our own Community Heritage Centers, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
